Madam Tang’s Café was started by its co-founder, Mr Tommy Hu and Madam Pauline Tang, a husband and wife team. The café concept was initially set up selling only 2 main products, Sarawak Laksa and Beef Noodles. Its Sarawak Laksa and Beef Noodle became a hit among Kuching folks. Over the years, as the café grew in its customer base, it introduced its popular Nasi Lemak range and many more other food to cater to the growing demands of its customers.
